Prawns With Garlic

Serves : 4
Cooking time : 45 minutes

Ingredients :

500g prawns
6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup coriander leaf
3 tablespoons cookin oil
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup fish sauce
1 tablespoon sugar

Method :

Remove the shell but not the tail and clean prawns. Blend garlic, coriander leaf with 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
Heat the balance of cooking oil in frying pan, add the garlic mixture and stir until combine for 2 minutes.
Add black pepper and prawns.
Then add water, fish sauce and sugar.

Fry until cooked. Serve.
