Seafood In Winter Melon

Ingredients :

(A) :
1 whole winter melon (2kg)

(B) :
150g fresh scallops
200g big prawns
30g lotus seeds
8 pcs clams
1 cup broth
salt and pepper to taste

Method :

Wash winter melon, cut open the top part. Scoop out the seeds.
Put (B) in pot, bring to the boil and pour into winter melon.
Cover with the top part of the melon. Arrange it in a double boiler.
Cook for 2 hours, remove and serve hot.
