Stuffed Cuttlefish

750g cuttlefish, remove the head
1 bean curd 1/2 cup mix vegetables
4 cloves red onion (sliced)
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons wheat flour
1 egg
Salt
Toothpicks
To Grill :
3 tablespoons butter
Black Pepper
Method :
Clean the cuttlefish.
Pound the bean curd and fry with butter. Add red onions sliced and chillies. Cook until fragrant.
Add vegetables and salt, then add egg, stir until it mix well. Add flour and dish up. Stuffed mixture inside cuttlefish. Use toothpicks to ensure mixture stays in cuttlefish.
Brush cuttlefish with butter and pounded black pepper. Grill for 15 minutes. Serve.
