Sweet and Sour Sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato sauce or ketchup
1 to 2 tablespoons chili sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
