Soy Bean Sprouts and Tofu Soup

1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1500ml water
a little salt
a little pepper
Method :
Cut tofu 1 inch cubes. Combined minced meat with water chestnuts, onion, potato starch and light soy sauce. Mould into meatballs.
Bring water to a boil and add ginger and soy bean sprouts. Bring to a second boil then continue to cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Add tofu, salted vegetables and meatballs to cook further for 10 minutes.
