Soak green bean sheets in water for 5 minutes. Drain well and set aside. Shred sausages. Wash trimmed sprouts.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Sauté crushed lemongrass, crushed garlic and sausages. Add shrimps, green bean sheets and seasoning. Stir fry until green bean sheets turn tender. Put in trimmed sprouts, chives and chili. Stir well and dish up. Serve.
